uck breast marinated in marinated cola and molasses, rolled in a soft taco shell with cranberry-rosemary risotto and drizzled with a truffle cranberry sauce. That's just one of the unusual dishes created by Brian Poe, veteran chef at Poe’s Kitchen in the Rattlesnake bar. Poe has traveled the Americas and brought back his own unique cuisine that combines the foods of South America and the American Southwest with his own “why not?” attitude. Each week Poe brings out his “unleashed” menu, featuring adventurous dishes available only for a few days. To get in on the secret, you have to follow him on Twitter, and you can tweet him back to tell him what you'd like to try—from a fish taco or taco salad (above) to wild boar, duck, quail, or buffalo. End the meal with a unique drink from the bar, like a Snake Punch or a cucumber martini. There are weekly specials and a hearty brunch. When weather permits, climb up to the patio, where you might find Poe harvesting produce and herbs from the garden. On weekends, Poe’s Kitchen transforms into a dance club with house and Latin music on Fridays and Saturdays, respectively. Twardzik and Araki
