Its traditional Neapolitan-style thin-crust pizza eschews the standard smattering of sauce for a thin layer of chopped tomatoes capped off with a generous sprinkling of mozzarella, on oil-free dough rolled very thin, European-style. Shhhh! As advertised, the tomatoes are quite sweet. You can also get a “white” pizza, with no tomatoes—or, for that matter, just tomatoes with no cheese (a “red”).
