ushi isn’t hard to find around Boston, but Ma Soba is an exotic creature in a sea of goldfish. This Asian fusion restaurant offers more than 50 kinds of maki rolls, like the Snow Cone, a California roll topped with baked albacore and lobster; the Disco Shrimp Roll, with baked shrimp, scallop, spicy crab, and avocado; a vegetable roll with cucumber, asparagus, avocado, and radish; and even a sweet potato roll. Still hungry? For dessert, try the ice cream, which comes in flavors including green tea, coconut, red bean paste, and ginger. Moskal
meaning you can have Pad Thai, bulgogi beef,
and sashimi, all at the same table.
