inale has made its name from its desserts. The secret is that what most people think is exclusively a dessert place also serves up sandwiches with the same tremendous attention to detail. Take the BLT: tangy bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, and thick slices of juicy tomatoes between two slices of fresh multi-grain bread. Other standouts include the California turkey, which comes with avocado chipotle mayo; the ham and brie, which comes with apples; and the Italian Garden, with fresh zucchini and summer squash. And, hey, if you’re having lunch here anyway, it’s the perfect excuse to end with some of Finale’s famous sweets. … Burns

Shhhh! Sandwiches are served only until
4:30 p.m. weekdays, 3:30 p.m. weekends. No wonder so many people don't know about them.

Finale was founded by three Harvard Business School classmates. Their original name: "Room for Dessert."
