or Boston foodies, Bricco is no secret, with its popular authentic regional Italian food. But what’s less known—and less common in this part of town—is that you can get a great late-night, post-bar meal here. Bricco serves up full-sized, off-the-menu, wood-oven margherita pizzas (and, now, the whole rest of the menu) until 2 a.m. If that’s not enough to satisfy your late-night cravings, head to nearby A. Bova & Sons Bakery. It’s open 24 hours a day. Moravek
“Big Night” timpano, drum-shaped stuffed pasta, organic meatballs, and slow-braised meat ragu.
Shhh who knew
Bricco owner Frank DePasquale has started 28 restaurants since arriving in the United States from his native Italy in 1955, including Mare, Trattoria Il Panino, and Umbria Prime. He also owns DePasquale's Homemade Pasta Shoppe in the North End.
