ur favorite fritters are hidden on the bar menu, not the menu in the dining room, of Chez Henri, which serves an eclectic selection of French and Cuban cuisine. Made of Bahamian conch, they’re fist-sized puffs layered in a surprisingly delicate batter and a citrusy guava glaze, with a side of zesty chipotle aioli for dipping.
