ambridge, 1’s lobster pizza puts a new twist on two of our favorite foods. The restaurant’s grilled flatbread pizza comes topped with, among other things, fresh Maine lobster, corn, scallions, and parmesan cheese—oh, and lemon butter, the traditional lobster dipping sauce. At more than 20 bucks, it’s one of Boston’s most expensive pizzas, but the perfect combination of sweet, sour, and salty is well worth the price. Stefano
