t sounds trashy but tastes wonderful. The calimocho cocktail at Toro—elsewhere known as a Cuba Libre—is a mix of red wine and Coca Cola. The "Barcelona-inspired" Toro, owned by chef Ken Oringer, is primarily known for its dozens of delectable tapas, such as the tortilla Espanola, maiz asado, or pimientos de Padrón. Hoeller
