ee the city and get some exercise while you’re at it. Urban AdvenTours takes groups on sightseeing excursions not in those silly duck boats, but on eco-friendly bikes. Tours last 10 to 12 miles and about three hours, but can be customized for families and groups and conducted in French, Spanish, or Italian. Hybrid-style bicycles, helmets, and water bottles are provided. Tours leave most days when the weather is good from near Faneuil Hall. Hybrid, road, and mountain bikes also are available for rent, and each comes with a Boston bicycle map. Cassis
