The quahog chowder is made with applewood-smoked bacon, and you can also order soy-marinated bacon-wrapped shrimp. Mmmm. A full menu of surprisingly decent food is served until 12:30 a.m., well after most other Cape Cod kitchens have shut down their fryolators for the night.
